It will not consume more than 36 kWh / m², which comes up to 250€ per year only, for 140 m² with a simple pellets stove.
The clever design combined with technical choices incorporating quality sustainable materials, make this project a success.
But how do we go from dream to reality, without being exhausted because of incomplete and expensive answers from construction professionals ?
